Staying in the Suite with Spa Bath was a dream! The location is quiet, away from traffic, and you can hear the thrill of hot air balloons during your stay. Plus, the staff makes you feel right at home, offering assistance with luggage, which is a sweet touch!
The exterior grounds could use some TLC, with overgrown weeds and trash visible. The hallway carpets are really worn, giving a tired vibe and the parking area could definitely look a bit more inviting.

Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room had issues with cleanliness, including stains on the walls and a filthy chair that made it uncomfortable to sit. Additionally, the shower did not drain properly, and I found myself frustrated with the lack of basic amenities such as breakfast and a functioning pool.

Couple's Cozy Escape
We were pleased with the size and cleanliness of our room the laminate floors were a nice touch and the lobby was excellent no dust anywhere. The indoor pool looked clean and inviting too but we just didn't have time to take a dip.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but for one night it was still acceptable.
